CURRENT OPENINGS:

Landscape Foreman - Full Time / Part Time Available

We are looking for a Landscape Foreman to join our team.  The candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree (Horticulture, Forestry, Arboriculture, or related field) or commensurate field experience

  • Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience leading and managing crews

  • Have or are working on obtaining the following certifications and/or licenses:

    • MA Drivers License and DOT card - required

    • Hoisting Engineer's License 

    • Commercial Pesticide Applicators License

    • Certified Landscape Professional 

Construction Laborer - Spring through Fall

Between Spring to Fall, we hire Seasonal Labor to perform day-to-day tasks. The candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs.  Experience working in the construction industry is preferred as well as a can-do demeanor.

  • Have a MA Drivers License

  • Must be able to maintain DOT card status

Paid Internship for Students or Recent Grads - Spring through Fall

Grow your career with us!  We provide career training for students or recent grads.  We will work with your college career coordinator to have your experience qualify for internship hours and college credit if you are still in school. We are looking for college juniors or graduating seniors to fill our open internship position(s).

​Landscape Internship

  • Our Internship is available to a student or recent graduate from a bachelors program studying horticulture, landscape design, landscape contracting, arboriculture, urban forestry, or a related field.
  • This paid internship will allow the candidate to gain experience with:

    • pruning, planting, and transplanting

    • structural and maintenance tree pruning

    • large-scale plant removals

    • invasive species management and IPM practices

    • reading and implementing construction documents

    • building patios, walkways, wallsroof top gardens and roof paving

    • crew management and project implementation

    • other landscape maintenance and construction tasks as needed

 

Full-time and Part-time positions available. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 7am – 3pm.  Our interns will be paid on an hourly basis. Pay is commensurate with experience.  All candidates must have a MA Drivers LicenseInternship period is not eligible for benefits.  All interns will have the opportunity to be considered for full-time positions after completion of the internship period.
